The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX uses your own body weight to gain balance, strength, flexibility, and core stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
This class is set up in blocks. Each block has a cardio, a strength and an ab component. A mix of Body Sculpt and HIIT. This class is challenging and so worth it. You will be glad you did!
This class is 30min of Spin and 30min of Body Sculpt. Using weights and bands for the sculpt portion of the class. A great mix to get it all done in a short amount of time and get on with your day.

Yin Yoga is a slow and mindful practice of mostly seated postures held for 90sec-a few minutes. Find a starting place, breath and let time and the body do the work of finding length and openness. Sometimes staying still is harder than constant movement. It is so needed. Like in nature, sometimes doing nothing makes everything happen.
That is why Yin is called
